Role Summary

During your internship, you will actively support us in designing the digital transformation in the Mobility Electronics business area with a focus on user experience.

You will be actively involved in the groundbreaking conception and implementation of internal digital platforms, services and AI initiatives.

In addition, you will advise on the user-centered conception, design and communication of web apps and services, collect the user needs of the various target groups and help derive concrete measures.

You will use your creative side to create lively wireframes, high-fidelity mockups and workshops.

You independently create training and communication materials tailored to your target group, such as Synthesia videos, user guides and presentations.

Structured support in project organization and careful documentation of results round off your diverse range of tasks.

Requirements

Education: Studies in the field of UX, interaction design, communication design, psychology, business psychology, media, communication sciences or comparable

Experience and know-how

  • very good knowledge of Miro and Figma
  • a feeling for attractive design
  • Know-how in MS Office and Synthesia desirable
  • ideally initial experience in cross-functional digitalization projects
