Here you will delve deeply into the world of new business development and process management, accompany projects from the initial idea to successful implementation and actively contribute to the company's success. Depending on your strengths and interests, you can focus on new business, controlling or supply chain management and thus specifically expand your expertise.

During the internship, you will be actively involved in operational and project-related business in new business development and process management.

You accompany new customer projects from conception to successful implementation.

You provide comprehensive support in acquisition activities and help develop project-related sales strategies.

In addition, you will work on purchasing strategies, optimize procurement processes and improve supply chains.

In factory logistics, you will take on various tasks and contribute to the continuous improvement of internal logistics processes.

You communicate and coordinate with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders (e.g. sales, production, development) to ensure smooth processes.

Last but not least, you provide support in controlling and build and maintain relationships with important partners.

Requirements

  • Education: Studies in the field of industrial engineering, (technical) business administration, purchasing, logistics, mechanical engineering or comparable with an advanced course of study
  • Experience and know-how: basic technical understanding; confident use of MS Office (especially Excel); ideally basic knowledge of SAP
  • Personality and way of working: you are able to grasp complex issues quickly and understand connections; you like to communicate and actively contribute to the team
  • Everyday work: in the office
  • Languages: business fluent German
