Projektleiter/-in in der Sicherheitstechnik (w/m/div.)

Role Summary

As the central contact, you will be responsible for the technical, qualitative and timely execution of complex projects in security technology with high and low current components.

You analyze the scope of services ordered, plan the necessary personnel and material requirements and thus ensure that the construction projects are carried out economically and in accordance with standards.

You create and track schedules, including using MS Project, and take on active project controlling as well as conscientious supplementary management.

Your tasks include planning and coordinating staff capacities, participating in construction meetings and taking structured minutes.

You lead the employees who report to you and are responsible for instructing, controlling and monitoring subcontractors.

You proactively identify the need for expansion or changes to existing customer systems and actively address this potential.

Requirements

Education: You have completed a degree in industrial engineering, electrical engineering or communications engineering with a qualification in project management. Alternatively, you are a project manager or commercial project manager with several years of professional experience in building and/or security technology.

• Experience: You have professional experience in managing projects in the construction sector, ideally in the field of electrical engineering. Sound technical and business knowledge is just as desirable as experience with VOB, VDE, VdS and general contract law.
• Know-how: Proficient use of Microsoft Office and MS Project is required. Knowledge of the BOSCH product range in the area of security technology is an advantage.
• Way of working: You are characterized by a structured, goal-oriented way of working and strong organizational talent.
• Personality: You impress with your authoritative and confident demeanor. Assertiveness, resilience, negotiation skills and a high degree of initiative round off your profile.
• Mobility: A Class B driving license and the required willingness to travel are essential for this position.
