Role Summary

As part of your working student position, you will actively participate in the quality assurance of one of our software products and thus support our growing area of Software Quality Engineering.

You will work on tasks in the areas of functional testing, test management and test automation. In this way, you contribute to the quality of the software and smooth testing processes.

In addition, you will participate in coordination on new features and implementations and contribute your own ideas to the team.

Last but not least, you will work with other product teams to ensure a seamless process flow between the different products.

Requirements

Education: Studies in the field of computer science, business informatics, business administration or comparable

Experience and know-how

  • initial experience with Confluence, Jira, Git, Postman/Bruno, JSON and JavaScript
  • Knowledge in the area of functional testing/test automation (ideally with Playwright) as well as initial contact with PHP applications or CI/CD pipelines is an advantage

Personality and way of working: you impress with a good eye for detail, a strong understanding of processes and the ability to quickly grasp connections; you work independently, communicate confidently and act in a consensus-oriented manner; You tackle challenges courageously and like to think outside the box

  • Day-to-day work: required to be on site in the office at least one day per week
  • Enthusiasm: for modern software solutions, efficient processes and high software quality
