Role Summary

You support the team in the commercial processing and controlling of publicly funded research and development projects.

Prepare data for calculating project costs and for formal funding applications.

You will be involved in internal and external project controlling as well as in the preparation of project calculations and external audits.

In addition, you will provide support with cost documentation and participate in project billing according to external specifications.

Requirements

• Education: Completed studies in business administration, controlling, budget management in the public service or comparable
• Personality: You have a confident demeanor and a cooperative working style
• Experience and know-how: good understanding of individual processes and good IT knowledge (MS Office, SAP (CO & FI)), project controlling
• Qualifications: Previous knowledge of public pricing law is desirable
• Languages: English spoken and written
