Baustellenleiter/ Site Supervisor (m/w/d) im Bereich Fördern & Verladen

Role Summary

As a site supervisor (m/f/d), you will support our team in the conveying & loading area with the following tasks:

You plan, organize and coordinate the assembly work on the construction site on time and with appropriate quality.

They check the execution using the assembly manual and ensure a safe working environment through targeted instructions.

You use modern digital tools such as tablets, apps and AR/VR technologies for efficient communication and processing.

You keep an eye on material, equipment and personnel costs, identify potential savings and document daily project progress.

You communicate professionally with customers, partners and authorities and carry out training on the safe use of the systems.

Requirements

• You have successfully completed training as a mechanic (industrial mechanic, construction mechanic) or mechatronics engineer with a strong interest in technical systems and mechanical components.
• Ideally, you have at least 2 years of (international) professional experience
• You have basic mechanical and electrical engineering knowledge, including reading and understanding circuit diagrams, and experience installing and maintaining machines
• You are well versed in project planning, organization and scheduling in order to efficiently control work processes and adhere to deadlines and quality standards
• You have strong communication skills, problem-solving skills and strong leadership skills
• You are willing to travel, as business trips are part of your everyday working life, and you have an internationally valid driving license
• You have good knowledge of German and English
