Role Summary
We are looking for a student (m/f/diverse) for the quality production/complaints management area at the Villingen-Schwenningen location for the summer semester from March 2027 as part of a compulsory internship for 6 months.
A combination of voluntary and compulsory internships is possible. The compulsory part is at least 12 weeks. 85% of the work takes place on-site at the Villingen-Schwenningen location. Remote working hours are possible by arrangement.

Responsibilities
Your tasks include
- Support in complaint management through 8D processing with SAP
- Support for technical cause analysis in production processes
- Application of different problem-solving methods (Ishikawa, 5Why, A3, ...)
- Validation of measures and effectiveness control
- Support of production releases for new product launches APQP
- Validation of manufacturing processes with regard to all quality requirements
Requirements
Are you wondering whether you are suitable for the internship in the area of quality engineering and claim management? Here are key qualifications we are looking for:
Ongoing studies in the field of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, computer science, production/automation technology or a comparable course of study
- Good knowledge of common Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of Visual Basic desirable
- Fluent written and spoken German skills are absolutely necessary for communication with production as well as team meetings and other plants
- Good written and spoken English skills required for corporate communication
- In addition to these professional requirements, we also look for certain characteristics and skills:
- Interest in quality management
- Willingness to work at least 85% of working hours on site at the Villingen-Schwenningen location
- Analytical thinking, results orientation and good communication skills
