Role Summary

Taking over the implementation planning for projects in the area of environmental and landscape planning.

Creation of tenders and specifications using common programs such as iTWO, California or comparable software solutions.

Close cooperation with clients, authorities and project partners as well as efficient coordination of the relevant interfaces.

Contribution of technical expertise in the area of environmental planning for the sustainable and economically successful implementation of projects.

Optional: Participation in construction supervision and ensuring quality and compliance with environmental requirements in HOAI service phases 8 and 9.

Tools

Experienced use of MS Office and common planning and tendering software. Knowledge of CAD software and/or GIS applications is desirable.

Requirements

Successfully completed studies in landscape architecture or a comparable field, ideally supplemented by training in gardening and landscaping. At least two years of professional experience in execution planning for HOAI service phases 1 to 7. Ideally, additional experience in construction supervision and property management for service phases 8 and 9.

Professional competence

Confident handling of tender programs such as iTWO, California or comparable software solutions. Sound knowledge of environmental planning as well as nature conservation law and the associated legal requirements. Very good knowledge of spoken and written German.
