ERP specialist (w/m/div.)

Role Summary

The development and optimization of our ERP systems, in particular Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC and Microsoft Dynamics NAV, is your responsibility, as is the connection of other systems

As a competent contact person, you will support our colleagues in their everyday work, take on support tasks and provide training for the entire IT (hardware and software)

Carrying out projects to expand the IT systems at the site with requirements analysis, developing a solution concept and implementation is also part of your tasks

You are also responsible for the administration of the entire IT at the location (from office programs to IP telephony to production control systems).

Requirements

• A completed university degree in information technology or comparable training with at least three years of professional experience in the development and support of IT systems forms your professional basis
• You already have experience in dealing with ERP systems, ideally in the Microsoft Dynamics and SAP environment
• You have already acquired knowledge of IT administration (clients, servers, networks).
• You enjoy communicating technical content in an understandable way and supporting users in their everyday lives
• You are characterized by a structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working
• The ability to work in a team and strong communication skills round off your profile
• You can also rely on very good written and spoken German and English skills
