Ecotrophologist / food technologist (m/f/d) group leader for hygiene audits at SGS in Munich / Nuremberg / Halle / Leipzig, Germany.

Role Summary

• Disciplinary and professional management of approx. 10-15 auditors in the field in South/East Germany
• Planning and implementation of the strategy in terms of costs, quality and efficiency
• Carrying out audits according to quality and hygiene standards in retail, catering and the hotel industry
• Supporting our customers regarding international food hygiene regulations
• Company vehicle for private use, the activity takes place from the home office with an outside activity share of approx. 95%

Requirements

• Completed studies in the field of food technology, ecotrophology, food chemistry or training with a further qualification in the food sector
• first leadership experience
• very good German (C1) and solid English skills (B2)
• Class B driving license and travel activities
