Role Summary

As a Master of Engineering in the “Systems Engineering Electrical Engineering” course, you will support our technical back office sales department in the middle. In the dual training system at the Bosch Home Comfort Group, theory and practice are closely linked. Qualified lecturers from the dual university “Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen” in Wetzlar will provide you with theoretical specialist knowledge while you gain practical experience in the company.

You will actively support the transformation of the industry from fossil fuels to electrified and regenerative solutions in order to achieve climate protection goals, while promoting digitalization, electrification and innovative processes.

You will also gain comprehensive insights into technical sales, customer service, project business and field work by accompanying our technical experts.

You will be intensively involved in a variety of specialist and project tasks in the operational business and provide valuable support.

In practice, you will directly apply the focus of your studies and deepen your specialist knowledge.

A personal mentor will accompany you on your path and advise you.

Last but not least, you will gain valuable practical experience in an international and diverse corporate environment.

Requirements

Education: technical bachelor's degree with an electrical engineering background or comparable

Experience and know-how: broad technical and commercial knowledge

Personality and way of working: you manage to communicate complex issues clearly and adapt quickly to new circumstances; you enjoy working constructively in a team and take responsibility for your tasks; you appear confident and work independently; you proactively take the initiative and consistently align your actions with customer needs and goals; you understand facts analytically
