We work in international teams and with people at all organizational levels
Management and control of the DMU bundle with responsibility for stability, profitability and further development.
Support and expansion of customer relationships as well as identification of new needs and business opportunities.
Further development of the DMU and engineering service portfolio with a focus on customer needs, scaling and innovation.
Coordination of interfaces between engineering, PLM/PDM, IT, R&D and manufacturing.
Accompanying projects to introduce new methods, tools and system solutions.
Participation in service, product and business development strategies.
Leading and developing the team and promoting collaboration and continuous improvement.
Preparation and follow-up of project and portfolio calculations for controlling the DMU bundle.

Requirements
- Several years of experience in the PLM, DMU, engineering or digital transformation environment, ideally in aviation.
- Experience in project, service or bundle management with team, stakeholder and result responsibility.
- Knowledge of resource planning, budget/forecast tracking, risk and action management.
- Professional appearance towards customers, management and internal departments.
- Strong communication, moderation and presentation skills as well as customer orientation.
- Structured, analytical and solution-oriented way of working with a high level of initiative.
