• In this position, you are the right hand of the service manager and take on leadership and decision-making responsibility:
• Deputy of the regional service manager for Stuttgart & Baden-Württemberg (technical, disciplinary, operational)
• Responsible for service quality, sales and results
• Leadership, motivation and further development of the regional service team
• Planning and control of service, maintenance and fault operations
• Deployment, capacity and resource planning (technicians, materials, vehicles, subcontractors)
• Technical contact for service technicians & service coordination
• 3rd level support for complex technical escalations
• Ensuring standards, guidelines & contract requirements (DIN, VdS, SLA)
• Interface between service, sales, project management and assembly
• Control, documentation and administrative completion of service orders
• Active participation in process optimization and quality improvements
• Representing the service manager in his absence in all relevant matters

Requirements

• Your profile – we consciously expect that
• Completed technical or commercial training/studies or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the field of security technology
• Sound knowledge in at least one of the areas:
• Fire alarm systems (BMA)
• Burglar alarm systems (EMA)
• Video surveillance (VÜA)
• Access control systems (ZUKO)
• Proven experience in professional and/or disciplinary leadership
• High level of organizational strength, decision-making ability and assertiveness
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Confident communication – internally and externally
• Structured, reliable and responsible way of working
• Very good knowledge of German, English is an advantage
• Confident use of MS Office and ideally service/ERP systems
• Driving license class B
