And we are looking for a Creative Strategist (m/f/d) who wants to become part of our team

Responsibilities

As a creative strategist, you are responsible for the strategy and copywriting of ad creatives on Meta and TikTok.

• You create copy and communication strategies and constantly develop them further
• You are responsible for the conception and planning of creative tests
• You write scripts for UGC videos and static ads
• You evaluate creative tests and evaluate account performance based on the relevant KPIs
• You prepare weekly and monthly reports for our customers

Requirements

• You speak German fluently at a native level
• You have at least 3-5 years of experience with Facebook / Instagram / TikTok Ads
• You know how to create a copy strategy, do research and target group thinking is one of your great strengths
• You follow trends in paid social and know how to quickly translate them into new ad creative concepts
• You evaluate your work based on data and are well versed in the Ads Managers of the Meta and TikTok platforms
