Role Summary
Do you not only want to manage demanding construction projects in the public sector and critical infrastructures, but also advise clients on complex issues relating to security-relevant properties and infrastructures? With us, you take responsibility for demanding new construction, conversion and renovation projects in an environment with special requirements for security, confidentiality and organization.
You will support our customers with organizational advice in phase 0, strategic project development through the planning and implementation phase up to successful commissioning. You combine project management with technical advice and, together with clients, develop safe, sustainable and future-proof solutions for demanding public construction tasks.
Become part of an interdisciplinary team and design projects with high social relevance.
- Advising clients on the development, structuring and implementation of demanding construction and infrastructure projects with special security requirements
- Accompanying new construction, conversion and renovation projects according to LBBau and RBBau across all project phases
- Develop and implement project-specific organizational and control structures, taking safety-relevant specifications into account
- Developing economical, sustainable and user-oriented project strategies
- Actively controlling deadlines, costs, quality and project risks
- Participate in acquisition, offer processing and the expansion of long-term customer relationships
Requirements
- Completed studies in civil engineering, architecture, industrial engineering or a comparable field
- Several years of experience in consulting or project management of demanding construction projects
- In-depth knowledge of processes and regulations in state and federal construction (LBBau / RBBau)
Experience in advising public clients as well as in projects with increased requirements for security (BSI basic protection catalogue), confidentiality and approval processes is an advantage
- Ideally, knowledge from projects for federal or state authorities, security-relevant facilities or special properties
- Entrepreneurial thinking and enjoyment of developing sustainable customer relationships
- Strong communication, consulting and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel for project-related purposes
