Role Summary

YOU FIT IF YOU

• Speak German fluently (C2 level) and have a good level of English.
• Want to work in-office. Our office is in Prenzlauer Berg, Berlin.
• Work independently. Most of our team members were self-employed or played competitive sports.
• You have extremely good communication skills. Regular and direct communication should be very important to you.
• You are very ambitious. An average People Division leads to an average Buena. You should have very high ambitions.

Responsibilities

Buena grows through acquisitions. When we buy a new administration, entire teams have to be reorganized quickly. The People Team controls this process.

• You take over the entire application process. You search for candidates, create scorecards, conduct interviews and coordinate closely with our teams.
• You are responsible for budgets in the high five-figure range. You identify new tooling and manage purchasing processes from start to finish.
• You develop Germany-wide recruiting and HR systems. You invent and roll out the people systems that enable us to grow to >1,000 employees.
• You meet the managing directors of our companies and discuss personnel issues with them. You improve the HR processes of our companies across Germany.
