We are seeking motivated Chef de Partie candidates to join our kitchen team in Naas, Co. Kildare. This is an entry‑level chef role suitable for candidates with some kitchen experience who are ready to take responsibility for a section.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes to a high standard in a busy kitchen
• Manage a specific section of the kitchen (e.g. starters, mains, sauces)
• Follow recipes and maintain consistent quality and presentation
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
• Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Chef de Partie in a restaurant, hotel, or catering establishment
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and develop as a chef
• Food safety/hygiene training is an advantage
