Catering Manager Assistant (m/w/d) Allianz Arena München

Role Summary

Personal and operational guest support in the Allianz Arena, e.g. at FC Bayern home games, concerts, NFL & side events (as service manager/event management)

Coordination and management of permanent employees and temporary staff - from operational planning to motivating the team on site

Ensuring smooth processes in the catering area, including logistics, construction and service quality.

Analysis and optimization of processes, as well as preparation and follow-up of events

International opportunities for use at special events or projects.

Requirements

Completed training in the hotel, catering or event management industry, e.g. B.: Hotel specialist, restaurant specialist, catering specialist (focus on event catering), event manager or a completed degree in tourism and event management

• Experience in the event or catering industry (e.g. through internships or part-time jobs)
• Organizational skills and hands-on mentality – you can keep track of things even in stressful situations
• Leadership skills and experience in dealing with temporary staff
• High service orientation and passion for events and gastronomy
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
• Good knowledge of German and English
• Willingness to travel internationally for special events
