Campus Security Manager - Datacenter (m/w/d) at Securitas in Frankfurt am Main, HE, Germany.

Role Summary

• Overall responsibility for the physical security of multiple data centers (critical infrastructure)
• Leading the security team (including site manager, training and security officer, STM)
• Report to the Regional Security Manager (RSM), working closely with other security managers and data center operations
• Ensuring a safe environment for people and property
• Personnel responsibility: recruiting, deployment planning, induction, training, development, disciplinary measures
• Planning and controlling security projects through to completion
• Assessment and continuous improvement of security measures
• Achieve/exceed safety, health and KPI goals
• Preparation and execution of unannounced audits
• Regular coordination with customers and Securitas management, addressing problems at an early stage
• Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Presence at all locations, coaching the team and further developing the safety program

Requirements

at least expertise test according to §34a GewO.

• Experience in employee management
• Experience in dealing with international customers, preferably in a data center environment
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written German as well as knowledge of English (at least C1)
• Communicative talent and hands-on mentality
• Organizational talent with the ability to work in a team as well as individually
• Stress resistance, flexibility, process strength, sense of responsibility
• Safe use of MS Office programs
• Car driving license class B
• Willingness to work evenings/weekends in emergencies/crises
• Willingness to travel up to 25% (national/international)
