Business Controller (m/w/d)

Role Summary

• Controlling business partner of the division management
• Analyzes of business development and performance with deviation and driver analyzes
• Assessment of the commercial situation (customers, order situation, market), identification of opportunities/risks and preparation of the rolling forecast
• Support and follow-up of action planning
• Creation of ad-hoc reports and business plans (e.g. for investment applications or large orders)
• Participation in the preparation of the budget
• Supporting the month-end closing process (e.g. release of manual provisions, sales accruals)
• Involvement in projects for the further development of the finance and controlling organization

The position can optionally also be carried out from the Puchheim (Bavaria) or Taunusstein (Hesse) location.

Requirements

• Completed degree in economics with a focus on controlling/finance
• At least 3-5 years of relevant professional experience as a business controller/analyst
• Hands on mentality and proactive way of working
• Committed and self-confident demeanor towards stakeholders (e.g. departmental performance)
• Enjoy working in an international corporate environment
• Fluent German and English skills
