Business Assistant (m/w/d) Specimen Management (Teilzeit)

Ihre Aufgabe

Als Business Assistant (m/w/d) Specimen Management unterstützen Sie in Teilzeit die Vertriebs- und Geschäftseinheit Specimen Management in administrativen, organisatorischen und operativen Aufgaben. Sie sorgen für reibungslose Abläufe innerhalb des Teams und leisten einen wichtigen Beitrag zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung unserer Geschäfts- und Wachstumsstrategie.

Sie arbeiten eng mit dem Country Business Leader, den Sales Managern, Account Managern, Clinical Specialists sowie weiteren internen Stakeholdern zusammen und übernehmen vielfältige Aufgaben in den Bereichen Vertriebsunterstützung, Koordination, Reporting, CRM-Administration und Veranstaltungsmanagement.

Dabei agieren Sie als wichtiger organisatorischer Knotenpunkt der Business Unit und tragen dazu bei, dass sich das Vertriebsteam auf die Kundenbetreuung und Geschäftsentwicklung konzentrieren kann.

Verantwortlichkeiten

Sie sind verantwortlich für

  • Unterstützung des Country Business Leaders und der Sales Manager bei organisatorischen und administrativen Aufgaben
  • Koordination von Terminen, Meetings, Workshops und internen Veranstaltungen
  • Vorbereitung von Präsentationen, Reports und Vertriebsunterlagen
  • Unterstützung bei Forecast-, Budget- und Reporting-Prozessen
  • Pflege und Unterstützung der Datenqualität in Salesforce.com (SFDC)
  • Nachverfolgung von Aktionen und Aufgaben aus Meetings und Projekten
  • Unterstützung bei der Organisation von Kundenveranstaltungen, Kongressen und Team-Meetings
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Standardauswertungen und Kennzahlen
  • Koordination von Vertriebs- und Marketingmaterialien
  • Unterstützung bei Reiseplanung und Spesenprozessen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen wie Finance, HR, Customer Service, Marketing und Sales

Bevorzugte Anforderungen

Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation und konnten idealerweise bereits Erfahrung in einer Assistenz-, Vertriebsunterstützungs- oder Koordinationsfunktion sammeln.

  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office (insbesondere PowerPoint, Excel, Teams und Outlook)
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit CRM-Systemen, idealerweise Salesforce.com
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Sorgfältige und detailorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Diskretion und Vertrauenswürdigkeit
  • Flexibilität und Eigeninitiative
  • Professionelle Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

The salary or hourly rate offered is determined by the role's specific requirements, including any applicable step rate pay system at the work location.
