Role Summary

Responsibilities

• Design and implement supply chain solutions that support efficient product creation and are aligned with business goals
• Analyze demand patterns and current processes to optimize inventory levels throughout the product life cycle
• Work with product development vendors and logistics to streamline launch and delivery processes
• Track and analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and enhance future releases

Requirements

• OLM supply chain planning and design - Intermediate level to develop strategies to support new product launches
• Sales Inventory and Operations Planning - Intermediate Level Balancing demand and supply throughout the product life cycle
• Product Lifecycle Management - Intermediate level coordination of supply chain activities from launch to maturity
• End-to-end control tower - Intermediate level maintains visibility of the entire supply chain network
• Planning Tools - Intermediate level to utilize the system to forecast and optimize inventory
• Collaboration skills - Intermediate level Work with cross-functional teams to integrate new products
• Inventory planning - development level ensures inventory availability during critical release stages
• Demand Planning - Development level analysis of market trends to guide supply decisions
• Strong analytical thinking able to identify improvement opportunities in complex processes
• A results-oriented approach focused on making a measurable impact
• Excellent communication skills able to influence and coordinate stakeholders across functional departments
• Ability to work independently while adhering to quality and compliance standards
