Role Summary

Join us as Supply Chain Planning Manager to lead initiatives that optimize how we create value for our customers. You will coach the team, shape the strategic planning process, and collaborate across the organization to drive efficiency and performance in a dynamic supply chain environment.

Responsibilities

• Guide the team to develop and implement supply chain strategies that are aligned with business goals and optimize resources
• Manage demand planning and inventory processes to balance customer service and cost efficiency
• Analyze performance indicators to identify trends, predict needs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to improve supply chain performance and resilience

• Planning Tools - Intermediate Level Leverage the system to improve forecast accuracy and operational efficiency
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage complex multi-faceted challenges
• Strong analytical skills, with a successful record of using data to improve planning accuracy and efficiency
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively across departments and with external partners
