Responsibilities

1. Project Sourcing Team Management

• Lead Project Sourcing team to ensure optimal sourcing decisions on both NPD and LCM projects
• Manage resource allocation in the team to support project needs

1. Process and System Optimization

• Ensure correct and logical documents and templates (eg. RFQ templates and etc.) to be used in Project Sourcing activities
• Actively connect with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive continuous improvement on ways of working

1. Team Talent Development

• Continuously coach the team for the skill and capability required to support the dynamics of business development.
• Team gradient development to ensure sustainable growth of the team.
• Education/Knowledge/Experience

Requirements

Minimum request

• Bachelor’s degree; MBA or Engineering degree is a plus.
• English level: excellent.
• 10+ years of sourcing and project management experience in MNC. or FMCG. Experience in cosmetics industry or Category/Commodity management is a plus.
• In depth understanding of cost modeling and TCO management.
• Minimum 3 years of people management experience.
• Strong business ownership and accountability.

Competency

• Good capability to manage complexity and solve problem.
• Good data analysis skills.
• Strong communication skills with internal stakeholders and influence skills with suppliers.
