Supply Chain Planner

Role Summary

Join us as an End-to-End Process Control Specialist and play a key role in optimizing the supply chain. You will monitor the flow of materials and information, identify opportunities for improvement and collaborate with the team to ensure seamless operations from supplier to customer.

Responsibilities

• Monitor supply chain activities in upstream and downstream processes to identify inefficiencies and drive corrective actions
• Coordinate with suppliers and production teams to ensure timely flow of materials and minimize lead times
• Analyze performance indicators and inventory data to support planning and improve supply chain effectiveness
• Facilitate communication among stakeholders to coordinate activities and resolve operational issues

Requirements

• Materials Management Tools - Intermediate level tracking and management of material flow throughout the supply chain
• Supplier Portal Tool - Intermediate level Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve issues
• Problem Solving - Intermediate level identifies bottlenecks and implements practical solutions to keep operations running smoothly
• Inventory Management - Development Level monitors inventory levels and supports inventory optimization strategies
• Inventory Planning - Level of development assists in planning activities to balance supply and demand
• End-to-end control tower - develop horizontal oversight of supply chain visibility and coordinate cross-functional responses
• Sales Inventory and Operations Planning - Development level supports coordination of sales forecasts and inventory planning
• Short cycle management - development level using real-time data to manage daily operational performance
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data and transform it into actionable insights
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills able to work effectively across teams and functions
• Proactive problem solving approach focused on continuous improvement
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced dynamic environment
