Booking Agent | Appointment management in Italian (full-time) (f/m/d)

Main responsibilities;

• Collect information regarding the energy consumption and type of heating of our customers.
• Schedule and confirm appointments between our sales managers and interested potential customers
• Manage and update the appointment database, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of the information
• Provide high quality customer support via phone and email, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Contribute to the smooth organization of appointments to optimize the work of the sales team.

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of the Italian language, both written and spoken.
• Good command of English as it is our working language
• Good computer literacy
• Previous telephone customer service experience is a plus but not required.
• A strong desire to learn and actively contribute to a dynamic team.
• A team-oriented mentality and positive attitude, with a strong desire to be part of a growing adventure.
