Role Summary
Specifically, this means
Fulfillment of tasks in accordance with ASiG, e.g. B. Inspections, support with risk assessments and the selection of PPE
Independent inspection of systems, machines and safety equipment to identify and eliminate potential hazards and to ensure compliance with safety regulations
Independently conduct training for management, employees, new hires and/or contractors on applicable environmental, health and safety programs and procedures
Develop and drive occupational hygiene programs, including for CAPEX projects, such as noise surveys, industrial hygiene monitoring, ergonomic assessments and personal protective equipment assessment
Addressing environmental and safety concerns and, if necessary, actively informing employees about compliance with safety regulations
Demonstrate responsibility for performance and compliance with EHS regulations through active participation and support of site goals

Requirements
- Training as a safety specialist (Sifa) or bachelor's degree / professional experience in environmental and safety administration management or in the field of health and safety at work
- At least 2 years of practical experience in the areas of environment, health and/or workplace safety in an industrial environment - preferably in the pharmaceutical industry with a focus on construction site support
- Very good communication skills in German and good knowledge of English
- Ability to work with databases and integrate information tracking systems
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making and leadership skills as well as in-depth knowledge of agile project management
- General knowledge in the areas of quality, DIN EN ISO 14001/45001
