About the Role: As an early-career Architect in Dubai, you will collaborate with senior architects and project teams to develop innovative architectural designs, produce detailed technical drawings, and support project execution from concept through construction. You will gain hands-on experience using industry-standard software and contribute to iconic projects in a dynamic, multicultural environment.Responsibilities:Develop conceptual and detailed architectural designs in line with client briefs and local regulationsCreate and modify technical drawings using AutoCADBuild and manage Building Information Models (BIM) for project coordinationProduce 3D visualizations and renderings using SketchUp and other modeling softwareCollaborate with engineering and construction teams to ensure design feasibilitySupport project management activities, including scheduling and resource trackingAssist in site visits and construction management tasks to monitor progress and qualityEnsure compliance with Dubai building codes and sustainability standardsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field0-1 years of professional architectural experienceProficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUpExperience with 3D modeling softwareBasic knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) toolsUnderstanding of construction management and project management principlesFamiliarity with Dubai building codes and regulationsStrong communication and teamwork skillsPreferred Qualifications:Internship or prior exposure to architectural firms in DubaiExperience with Revit or other advanced BIM softwareKnowledge of sustainable and green building design practicesFamiliarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)Membership or certification from relevant professional bodies (e.g., Dubai Municipality)
