Architect as (senior) project manager (f/m/d) design and execution planning

• Project management for complex, exciting and innovative building construction projects from the first draft to the completed implementation planning
• Developing sophisticated solutions from concept development down to the last detail for a wide variety of building typologies
• Leading your own team with content design options and economic project responsibility
• Contact person for builders, user representatives and the design team
• Precise, binding and result-oriented communication with clients as well as internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Successfully completed studies in architecture
• Many years of professional experience in design and implementation planning as well as in leading project teams
• Architectural design standards and security in coordination with the specialist disciplines
• Practical experience in BIM methodology/Autodesk Revit and interest in applying agile methods, such as Lean
• Very good knowledge of German, good knowledge of spoken and written English is desirable
• Assertiveness, entrepreneurial thinking and enjoyment of working independently
• Strong social skills and enjoyment of leading an international team to project success
