Role Summary

Odoo Functional Analyst – 100% Remote | Payment in USD | Full-Time and Long-Term

With a presence in Argentina, the United States, the Dominican Republic, Paraguay, Uruguay, Ecuador, Colombia, Panama and other countries in the region, they lead innovation through their eight business units: Manufacturing, Retail, Supply Chain, Distribution, Innovation, Agro, Services and Global.

We are looking for an Odoo Functional Analyst to join the IT Development Management, with the challenge of leading the implementation and customization of ERP solutions in high-impact projects.

✔ Technical knowledge

Odoo Standard Flows Mastery.

Basic knowledge of PostgreSQL and SQL queries (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Functional analysis: Survey and design solutions adapted to the needs of the business, prioritizing quality and efficiency.
• Odoo configuration and customization: Adapt modules such as Sales, Web, POS, CRM, Purchasing, Accounting and Inventories.
• International project management: Adapt the ERP to regional contexts in Argentina and other countries.
• Training and Support: Train end users and provide high-quality functional support.
• Testing and integrations: Run test cases and integration tests to ensure the stability of the solutions.
• Collaborative work: Interact with development, operations and business teams to align deliverables with client expectations.

Requirements

• ✔ Training: Professional or advanced student in Engineering/Bachelor in Systems, Computer Science or related careers.
• Minimum 3 years in similar roles.
• Advanced knowledge of Odoo (version 15 or higher).
• Experience in analysis, system design and test execution.

✔ Additional skills

• Management of issue tracking tools (Jira or similar).
• Accounting knowledge (valued).
• Excellent communication, organization and adaptation skills.
• Desirable requirements
• 🔹 Experience in team leadership.
• 🔹 Official Odoo Certification.
• 🔹 Participation in international projects.
• 🔹 Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban or agile project management.
• 🔹 Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
