This role is 100% remote, exclusive for people located in Latin America, and with remuneration in US dollars (USD). If you speak English fluently, like working in dynamic environments and want to grow alongside a multicultural team, this opportunity is for you.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and optimize websites and applications using PHP and WordPress.
• Customize WordPress themes and plugins to adapt them to different business needs.
• Work together with designers, marketers and other developers to launch high-impact digital projects.
• Ensure sites are responsive, fast and SEO friendly.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team best practices.
• Identify technical improvements and propose scalable solutions to accompany product growth.

Requirements

• +2 years of experience working professionally with PHP and WordPress.
• Good command of front-end technologies: HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of performance optimization and good web development practices.
• Previous experience in agile and remote environments (ideal, not exclusive).
• Fluent English (written and spoken): the work team is international.
• Proactivity, focus on quality, self-management capacity and good communication.
