最先端のADASシステム開発を担う部門において、多国籍の若手メンバーと協働し、英語を用いて世界各国の関係部署と連携しながら、JOEM向けADAS先行開発車両の設計・改修・立ち上げ・性能評価まで一貫して携わる車両システムエンジニアを募集しています。

We are seeking a Vehicle System Engineer to join our team responsible for cutting-edge ADAS development. In this role, you will collaborate with a diverse, multinational team and work closely with global stakeholders in English. You will be involved in the end-to-end development of advanced prototype vehicles for JOEM customers, covering design, modification, vehicle build-up, and performance evaluation.

開発車両およびデモ車両、ならびに試験装置に関する開発タスクの調整および実行
/ Coordination and execution of development tasks for development and demonstration vehicles, as well as test equipment
試作車両アーキテクチャのコンセプト設計および実現
/ Conceptual design and implementation of prototype vehicle architectures
運転支援センサー（レーダー、カメラ、ソナー等）、ブレーキシステム、ゲートウェイ、ラピッドプロトタイピングシステムの統合・キャリブレーションおよび立ち上げ

/ Integration, calibration, and commissioning of driver assistance sensors (radar, camera, sonar, etc.), braking systems, gateways, and rapid prototyping systems

異なる車両プラットフォーム向けゲートウェイの開発
/ Development of gateways for various vehicle platforms
車両試験および試験装置のテスト、評価およびドキュメント作成
/ Testing, evaluation, and documentation of vehicle tests and test equipment
プラットフォーム開発および顧客チームと連携し、顧客要求に基づいた試験の設計および実施
/ Design and execution of tests based on customer requirements in collaboration with platform development and customer teams

資格

自動車工学、機械工学、電気・電子工学または関連分野における学士号以上
/ Bachelor’s degree or above in Automotive, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics Engineering or a related field
電気・電子システムに関する基礎知識
/ Knowledge of electrical and electronic systems
車両ネットワーク（CAN、Ethernet等）に関する知識
/ Knowledge of vehicle networks (e.g., CAN, Ethernet)
テスト、評価およびドキュメンテーションの実務経験
/ Experience in testing, evaluation, and documentation
日本の普通自動車運転免許を保有していること
/ Valid Japanese driver’s license
日本語および英語によるコミュニケーション能力（ビジネスレベル以上）
/ Business-level communication skills in both Japanese and English
チームワークを重視し協働できる能力
/ Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

Requirements

車両における電気・電子システムの適用および車両構築に関する2年以上の実務経験
/ More than 2 years of experience in the application and vehicle build-up of electrical and electronic systems
C/C++、CAPL、Python、MATLAB等のプログラミングスキル

/ Programming skills in C/C++, CAPL, Python, MATLAB, etc.

Vectorツール（CANalyzer、CANoe、CANape等）の使用経験
/ Experience with Vector tools (e.g., CANalyzer, CANoe, CANape)
LinuxおよびROSに関する知識
/ Knowledge of Linux and ROS
車両ダイナミクスに関する知識
/ Knowledge of vehicle dynamics
CADスキル（設計ツールの使用経験）
/ CAD skills (experience with design tools)
