As we globalize our IT operations, we are also transitioning to building and operating enterprise-scale networks in-house on a global basis. We are in need of someone who can play an active role in Japan and the Asian region as a member of our global network operations team.

[Job details]

・Design, construction, and operation of an in-house global network with 20 countries, 20,000 employees, and 100 locations

・As a member of the team, manage and support all aspects of the company's network environment, including LAN, WAN, and wireless LAN in Japan and Asia as a whole.

• Collaborate with global team to design network and implement hands-on

・Network design and implementation in line with company integration

・Design and implementation of wired and wireless LANs for office relocation and integration

・Renovation of infrastructure from an on-premises network to a network using technologies such as SD-WAN, cloud, zero trust, and cloud-managed networks

・Manage projects and provide services with targets, deadlines, budgets, and quality

・Manage outsourcing partners and provide continuous operational support

・Promote continuous system improvement and optimization

qualification

・Over 3 years of experience in designing, building, and operating corporate networks

・Practical knowledge and experience in LAN, WAN, and security

・Flexible communication skills

・Work experience in Japanese and English

・Experience building and operating infrastructure for global companies

・Project management experience

・Network qualifications such as CCNP, CCNA

・Basic knowledge of DNS and domains

・Experience in building and supporting wireless LAN

・SD-WAN experience

・Knowledge of security frameworks such as UTM. Fortigate experience
