Role Summary

• You write exciting news and helpful advice texts on consumer, service and current topics for our five brands
• You identify relevant topics and trends that concern our readers and implement them journalistically
• You develop strong headlines that arouse curiosity and always keep an eye on search engine optimization and the performance of your content
• You evaluate key figures and continuously develop your content based on data
• You work closely with your team, contribute your own ideas to topic planning and support the editorial team in day-to-day business

Requirements

• You are enrolled in a course of study and have a proven interest in journalism and current news
• You are passionate about modern consumer and service journalism and have a good feel for topics that interest many people and offer real added value
• After our training, you will work performance and data-driven and understand AI as a lever for modern digital journalism
• Ideally, you have initial experience in a journalistic editorial team and impress with confident, error-free and stylistic writing
• You work independently, quickly and carefully and have a lot of initiative and team spirit

We are now looking for a working student online editor (m/f/d) for our Consumer, Service & Current department at our Berlin location. The position is initially limited until June 30, 2027, but with the option to be taken over.
