Responsibilities

  • You support us in recruiting and applicant management and accompany the entire application process
  • You organize the onboarding of new colleagues and ensure that they feel welcome from the start
  • You will be involved in internal HR issues and actively shape our team culture

You plan and organize team and company events, workshops and much more. m.

  • You are the contact person for organizational questions and keep an eye on everyday office life
  • You support us in preparatory accounting: from incoming and outgoing invoices to document preparation and working with our tax advisors
  • You will drive internal projects forward and carry out research, analysis and the preparation of documents and evaluations

Requirements

  • You are a registered student with excellent grades in your Abitur and at university
  • Your course of study is of secondary importance to us – your personality and the way you work are more important
  • You work in a structured, reliable and independent manner
  • You think very analytically, like to work on new topics and keep track of many different tasks
  • You communicate openly and friendly, enjoy dealing with people and have a strong service orientation
  • You like to take responsibility, think for yourself and tackle things independently
  • You are fluent in German and English and confident in using MS Office
  • You have a remaining period of study of at least 12 months
