Werkstudent:in – Talent Acquisition (m/w/d)

Role Summary

As a working student in the area of talent acquisition, you take on real responsibility in identifying and approaching managers and accompany candidates throughout the entire recruiting process. You support our executive recruiting for Germany, Poland and global positions, build resilient talent pipelines and ensure that every candidate has a first-class experience. You will get to know the entire value chain of sophisticated personnel recruitment in an internationally growing company.

PERGOLUX develops and sells Scandinavian-inspired outdoor living products such as pergolas and garden furniture directly to end customers. With around 300 employees, nine-figure sales and a presence in eight countries, we are one of the most consistently growing companies in our industry.

Responsibilities

• You research and identify leaders via LinkedIn, Boolean Search, internal tools and creative outreach strategies and build strong pipelines across functions and markets.
• You manage the candidate journey from the first contact to the shortlist, coordinate contact, follow-ups and updates and ensure a consistently high-quality candidate experience.
• You will be gradually introduced to the first candidate screenings and contribute to the evaluation in the selection process, including insight into interviews and assessment frameworks.
• You observe industry trends, talent movements and organizational structures of competitors and use them to create strategic talent maps.
• You maintain current pipeline reports and share relevant insights with the hiring teams to enable data-driven decisions.

Requirements

• You are studying HR, business administration, psychology or a related subject (Bachelor/Master) and still have at least 2-3 semesters of study time ahead of you.
• You have initial experience in recruiting, HR or demanding customer contact; Interest in executive search and strategic HR is a plus.
• You communicate clearly and empathetically in very good German (C1) and fluent English, ask thoughtful questions and enjoy approaching people.
• You work in a structured and committed manner, keep processes moving and keep an eye on pipelines and progress.
• You move confidently in sourcing platforms, ATS systems and tables and handle sensitive information discreetly and trustingly.
