Role Summary
- Website Designer (WordPress, Webflow, Figma, HTML/CSS & SEO) – Remote
- Position Type: Full-Time, Remote
- Working Hours: U.S. Client Business Hours
- Location: Remote — LATAM, South Africa, Philippines & Pakistan Preferred
We’re hiring a Website Designer to design, build, and optimize modern, responsive, and conversion-focused websites.
This is not purely a graphic design role. You’ll combine UI/UX design with hands-on website implementation , working across platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, and Squarespace .
You’ll own projects from visual concepts and layouts through CMS implementation, responsive testing, SEO optimization, and ongoing improvements.
If you have a strong eye for design, understand how websites drive conversions, and are comfortable with Figma, WordPress/Webflow, HTML, and CSS , this role could be a strong fit.

Identify and resolve issues affecting site performance and usability.
Testing, QA & Maintenance
Troubleshoot
- Responsive design issues

- CMS issues
Manage routine website updates and maintenance.
Ensure websites remain stable, secure, and fully functional.
Marketing & Content Collaboration
Collaborate with marketing, content, and leadership teams.
Hands-on experience with one or more of
- WordPress
- Webflow
- Shopify
- Squarespace
Strong HTML and CSS skills.
Experience building responsive websites.
Experience optimizing websites for performance and mobile devices.
Strong understanding of modern website UI/UX principles .
Strong attention to detail and quality assurance.
Familiarity with
- Google Analytics
- Google Tag Manager
- SEO tools
Experience with SaaS, agencies, or e-commerce brands.
Landing page and conversion optimization experience.
Understanding of SEO-friendly website architecture.
What a Typical Day Looks Like
Responsibilities
- Website Design & UI/UX
- Your day may include
- Designing a new landing page in Figma.
- Building approved designs in WordPress or Webflow.
- Customizing layouts using HTML and CSS.
- Optimizing website speed and mobile responsiveness.
- Running Lighthouse or PageSpeed audits.
- Testing pages across browsers and devices.
- Implementing stakeholder revisions.
- Supporting marketing campaigns with new website pages.
- Troubleshooting CMS or formatting issues.
