Technician / engineer (f/m/d) planning & conception of sustainable building technology

Role Summary

• Leading interdisciplinary projects in the initial phases of consulting and planning from a technical and business perspective
• Proactive acquisition and customer support
• Developing sustainable, innovative energy and indoor climate concepts and solutions for new buildings and renovations as well as their quality assurance

Carrying out CO2 and primary energy, climate-relevant assessments including the assessment of renewable energies, in particular geothermal energy and/or photovoltaics

Advise on funding for builders and investors

Requirements

• Successfully completed studies in the field of supply technology, energy and environmental technology or comparable qualification
• Relevant experience and knowledge in the areas of heating, ventilation and refrigeration technology, energy design or geothermal energy and photovoltaics
• High interest in optimizing building and system technology as well as enjoyment in the technical conception of innovative buildings and systems

Very good MS Office knowledge (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint) as well as experience with tendering software (AVA) and AutoCAD.

Good knowledge of spoken and written German and English

Quick comprehension combined with analytical thinking, independent work and team spirit
