Technician/engineer (f/m/d) building automation for technical advice

Role Summary

Are you an expert in the field of TGA (MSR/GLT technology) and would like to develop yourself further? Development of sustainable, innovative building automation concepts and solutions for new buildings and renovations

Holistic evaluation of building automation specialist planning (MSR/BMS technology) in all HOAI phases, identification of planning and interface gaps and detection of optimization potential

• Analysis of automation scheme, GA function lists, data point lists and system integration concepts
• Leading planning meetings, quality monitoring with solution-oriented ideas
• Showing added value for all project participants such as users, investors, operators and planners
• Exciting tasks in the areas of Smart Building, BIM, Lean and other innovative service areas
• The focus is on the realization of intelligent buildings
• Responsibility for your projects and topics

Requirements

Successfully completed studies in technical building equipment (TGA), building technology, supply technology, energy technology, electrical engineering, or comparable qualification

• Safe handling of the relevant building automation regulations such as VDI 3814, DIN EN ISO 16484 and the relevant AMEV recommendations
• Ideally relevant professional experience in the areas of planning, consulting or construction
• Great interest in optimization and digitalization, quality assurance, environment and ecology
• Quick comprehension combined with analytical and networked thinking
• Solution-oriented negotiation skills and a good feel for people and issues
