Lead the technical evolution and maturity of the team, promoting good software development and quality practices.

Identify and enhance the strengths of each professional, directing activities according to their skills and objectives.

Act as a technical reference in Java, supporting architectural decisions and ensuring high-value deliveries for the business.

Mentor less experienced developers, encouraging knowledge sharing and continuous team development.

Promote a collaborative, engaged environment oriented towards technical excellence and innovation.

• Mentoring the team in DevOps and Agile cultures;
• Code review;
• Work together with the PM in technical direction and breaking stories that add value to the business;
• Anticipate technical problems and suggest solutions;
• Implement systemic telemetry;
• Propose innovative architecture;
• Work to improve the performance of existing flows;
• Eventually develop new features with the team
• Graduated in Information Technology or similar;
• Development of Java, Web (Angular, JSF) and Mobile (android/ IOS) applications;
• Development for Microservices (SpringBoot) and Docker publishing (Openshift and/or Kubernetes),
• Development and integration with WebServices SOAP, RestApi, Restfull, Mainframe, Database;
• Devops (Nexus, SonarQube, GitLab and Jenkins, Bamboo, Git Hub, Starteam);
• Continuous integration, automatic deployment and unit testing, TDD, BDD and agile methodology (SCRUM);
• Knowledge of a private and public CLOUD cloud environment, whether Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform;
