This position goes beyond a traditional Tech Lead.

We are looking for a professional who combines the characteristics of Technical Specialist, Software Architect and Technical Leader, being the team's main reference for architectural decisions, defining development standards and resolving complex technical challenges.

We are looking for someone capable of balancing strategic vision and practical action, directly contributing to the technical evolution of the team, leading agile rites, supporting delivery planning and ensuring that the solutions developed are scalable, sustainable and aligned with business objectives.

About the Project You will be part of a strategic digital transformation project in one of the largest groups in the Brazilian insurance market. The environment is based on agile methodologies, microservices architecture, APIs, Cloud Computing and modern software engineering practices, working in a multidisciplinary team responsible for the evolution of critical applications for the business. More than developing software, we are looking for a professional capable of technically leading the team, supporting strategic decisions and ensuring the quality of deliveries.

Technically lead the development team, acting as a reference in architecture and best practices.

Support the Product Owner and leadership in defining technical priorities and planning deliveries.

Conduct and facilitate the team's agile rites (Planning, Daily, Review, Retrospective and Refinement).

Act as a technical facilitator between development, architecture, infrastructure and other areas involved.

Define software development, architecture and quality standards.

Support developers in resolving complex technical problems.

Promote code reviews (Code Review) and disseminate good engineering practices.

Ensure adherence to architecture, safety and quality standards established by the client.

Participate in defining the solution architecture and technological evolution of applications.

Identify technical risks and propose scalable and sustainable solutions.

Act proactively in the continuous improvement of processes and the technical maturity of the team.

Encourage the technical evolution of developers through mentoring and knowledge sharing.

Experience in Cloud environments (AWS, Azure or Google Cloud Platform).

Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban).

Experience in code review, standard setting and technical governance.

Differentiators

Experience in financial market or insurance projects.

Previous experience in high-availability and high-volume transaction environments.

Knowledge of event-driven architecture.

Experience with observability (Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus or similar).

Certifications in Java, Cloud or Software Architecture.

Experience with Domain Driven Design (DDD) and Clean Architecture practices.
