We are now looking for a skilled supervisor for the Triangle center in Asker. Our uniformed guards are tasked with safeguarding the quality, service and safety profile by creating a safe environment for stores and customers, as well as preventing theft, vandalism and other unwanted incidents.

The service places high demands on the security guard's independence and dynamism. Situations that are expected to be handled can include everything from expulsion of unwanted persons and arrest in the event of theft, to assistance in connection with first aid.

This is a full-time position with working hours during the day and evening.

• Work assignments
• Unlocking and closing the centre
• Lead and follow up the guards on the object
• Revision and updating of instructions and training plans
• Perform simple janitorial duties
• Provide good service to customers, stores and the public
• Carry out store inspections
• Handle alarm calls
• Implement waste prevention measures
• Assist customers and stores with reviews and follow-up of incidents
• Handle other tasks related to security, service and daily operations at the centre

Requirements

• Is independent, confident and mature
• Has good leadership skills and is motivated for the leadership role
• Is proactive and solution-oriented
• Is structured, reliable and aware of responsibility
• Has a good "security mind" and is able to understand the customer's security needs
• Ability to make independent, well-considered and good decisions
• Is a positive contributor to the working environment
• Is technically minded and comfortable with various technical solutions
• Is service oriented and enjoys meeting customers, shops and the public
