WHAT OUR TRAINEE PROGRAM IS ABOUT

Our program offers high-quality training in leadership, management and branch operations, combined with practical experience and theoretical knowledge. As a rule, you work and learn in close collaboration with other trainees and your mentor.

• Five modules, each lasting one week: theoretical knowledge, case and role plays, group work, team building and plenary discussions
• Between modules, you will receive on-the-job training and coaching with an assigned Store Manager Mentor
• After completing the modules, you can expect a celebration to celebrate the completion of the program

The ultimate goal of the Store Manager Trainee program is to prepare you to manage your own store in the near future.

• You are flexible and willing to work on Saturdays too
