• Together with the branch management, you will optimize the branch processes for great sales results
• You ensure weekly campaigns and a positive sales attitude among employees
• You lead and coach your team on the sales floor
• You train your team in customer-oriented actions and additional sales
• In the future, you see yourself as a branch manager of your own branch and have the commitment to get there

Requirements

WHAT TO BRING

• Experience in leading and motivating a team, preferably in the retail or hotel industry
• Inspiring, communicative personality with a sales orientation
• You feel at home in a dynamic, constantly changing working environment
• You like physical work, have a hands-on mentality and lead by example
• You are ready to take responsibility for your branch and its results
• You have the ability to remain calm and focused even in stressful situations
• You are flexible and willing to work on Saturdays too
