WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT

Together with the deputy branch manager, you are responsible for your JYSK branch.

• You lead and coach your team to optimally prepare the branch for sales and customers, in accordance with our JYSK Leadership values
• You analyze key figures, set goals and motivate your team accordingly
• You implement store concepts and routines
• You recruit, introduce new colleagues and further develop the existing team
• Meet one of our branch managers and find out more about the job here

Requirements

WHAT TO BRING

• You have experience in leading and developing a team, ideally in retail or similar industries
• You are an inspiring and communicative personality who creates a positive working atmosphere
• You feel at home in a dynamic, constantly changing working environment
• You like physical work, have a hands-on mentality and lead by example
• You are ready to take responsibility for your branch and its results
• You have the ability to remain calm and focused even in stressful situations
• You always strive to improve your results and recover quickly from a setback
• You are flexible and willing to work on Saturdays too
