WHAT IS OUR TRAINING PROGRAM?

Our program provides quality training in leadership, management and store operations, combined with practical experience and theoretical knowledge.

Typically, you work and learn closely with other interns and your mentor.

Five modules of one week each: theoretical knowledge, case and role plays, group work, team building and plenary session discussions.

Between modules, you will be trained on the job with an assigned Store Manager Mentor and receive coaching.

Once you have completed the modules, a party awaits you to celebrate the end of the program.

The ultimate goal of the Store Manager Trainee program is to prepare you to manage your own store in the near future.

• You like physical work, you have a “hands-on” mentality and you lead by example.
• You are flexible and willing to work Saturdays.
