Sr Software Engineer Backend

Role Summary

We have an opportunity for you, we are looking for a Sr Software Engineer Backend to join our Payment Gateway team within the Payments Tribe.

Design and develop scalable and flexible microservices, maintaining high code quality standards.

Prioritize requirements and make decisions that balance quality and delivery time.

Communicate clearly and transparently progress and challenges to interested parties.

Analyze complex problems and propose solutions based on data and facts.

Actively collaborate as a team, fostering an environment of cooperation and search for consensus.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Java, Kotlin or Golang.
• Experience in microservices and database architectures (MySQL, MongoDB, Redis).
• Knowledge of AWS.
• Ability to propose and implement new functionalities and improvements.
• Mentality oriented towards scalability, availability and maintainability of platforms.
