💡 We are looking for a Senior Data Governance Analyst to work on structuring and evolving Data Governance in a modern environment, with a focus on quality, metadata, compliance and definition of corporate standards.

Responsibilities

🎯 Activities

• Structure and evolve the organization's Data Governance model;
• Assess the governance maturity, quality, metadata, lineage and compliance of data assets;
• Define policies, standards, roles and Data Ownership and Data Stewardship model;
• Implement and strengthen data catalog, business glossary, classification and lineage practices using Databricks Unity Catalog;
• Define data quality rules, monitoring indicators and remediation processes;
• Ensure compliance with LGPD, privacy policies, retention and processing of sensitive data;

Support the incorporation of governance and documentation practices in squad deliveries.

Requirements

• Solid experience with Data Governance;
• Experience in defining and implementing Data Governance frameworks, policies and processes;
• Experience with metadata management, data catalog, business glossary and end-to-end lineage;
• Knowledge of data quality, definition of rules, indicators and incident management;
• Experience with Databricks Unity Catalog, including access control, data classification, ownership and auditing;
• Knowledge of LGPD, privacy, retention and management of sensitive data;
• Excellent communication and interaction with business and technology areas;

Fluent English (conversation) as the project has frequent interaction with international teams.

⭐ Desirable Requirements

• CDMP Certification (Certified Data Management Professional);
• DCAM (Data Management Capability Assessment Model) Certification;
• Databricks certifications focused on Data Governance;
• Experience in data platform transformation and modernization programs;

Experience in large corporate environments and working with agile methodologies.
