Senior Projectmanager Building Performance

Role Summary

As a senior project manager, you are the driving force behind high-profile projects in various sectors of the real estate world. You are at the helm from the concept phase to delivery, where you are responsible for organizing and managing the project.

You are the most important point of contact for our clients on a strategic, commercial and professional level

With your expertise you advise and guide them in important decisions at project and steering group level.

In various multidisciplinary teams you act as a sparring partner and point of contact for all project team members, including architects, engineers, construction cost advisors, and stakeholders at the client and local authorities.

In addition, you contribute to the development of our junior & medior project managers and the long-term goals of Drees & Sommer Netherlands

Requirements

• You have completed a HBO/WO education in Architecture, Construction, Civil Engineering, Installation Advice, Construction Management, or a comparable technical background;
• For this challenging job we are looking for a commercial and enterprising person with conceptual insight and a good network;
• You have from 5 years of work experience in leading multidisciplinary design processes, the implementation of construction projects and real estate development;
• You have experience in developing and marketing real estate assignments from the initiation phase. You have excellent communication and assertive skills and an organized and structured way of working;
• You have strong consultancy and project management skills and the ability to think and collaborate multidisciplinary;
• You are a manager who enjoys working with the team;
• You have a commercial mindset, are adept at translating customer wishes into a tailor-made quotation and have experience in supervising tender processes;

You have experience in drawing up and evaluating foundation cost overviews. And you have a keen insight into important elements such as form factors, costs and revenues;

• You have excellent oral and written skills in Dutch and English; command of German and/or other languages is an advantage;
• International experience is an advantage and working on internationally oriented projects is possible;
• You like an organization with short lines;

You are in possession of a driving license B.
