Role Summary

As a Senior Production Technician (m/f/x) responsible for independently carrying out complex assembly and manufacturing tasks in compliance with quality, safety and production standards. In addition, the position contributes to an efficient and trouble-free production process through technical expertise, continuous process improvements and the support and technical guidance of technicians.

Responsibilities

  • Carrying out complex assembly work in compliance with quality, safety and production standards
  • Identify, analyze and resolve problems in the assembly process to ensure high product quality
  • Active participation in CIP (continuous improvement process) and lean initiatives as well as making suggestions for improvement
  • Ensuring a clean, structured and efficient workspace in accordance with 5S and Lean principles
  • Support material flow and inventory management to ensure smooth production flow
  • Technical support and training of technicians if necessary

Requirements

  • Technical training in the field of electronics or comparable
  • Several years of experience in optoelectronics, ideally at least 5 years
  • Knowledge of assembly, adjustment and error analysis of technical systems
  • Experience with quality standards as well as Lean, CIP and 5S methods
  • Good knowledge of spoken and written German and English
  • Independent, reliable and solution-oriented way of working as well as the ability to work in a team
